There is a huge difference between love and ownership.
In order to love, you do not need to possess anything or anyone. Look at a baby snake and try to love it, no matter what you have heard about snakes. Everything you have heard is only about what snakes do. Do not rush to kill; instead, meditate and open your eyes to see the whole truth.
A flower is beautiful. Enjoy it. Love it. But do not kill it by taking it home with you. Remember that when you looked for comfort, you cut down a tree to make a chair instead of sitting beneath its shade.
