Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Custom orders may take +7 days.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Every ANANAS piece is handcrafted in silver, made just for you.
Please read each piece’s description carefully before ordering.
If you have any questions about sizing or details, we’re always here.

Orders may be cancelled or amended within 48 hours of purchase.
After that, we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind.

If your piece arrives faulty or different from what you ordered,
please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
once the return is received and approved.

Sale items and custom orders cannot be refunded.
Items must be returned in original packaging, unused.
We recommend using an insured courier for returns.

Duties & Taxes

Any customs fees or import duties
are the responsibility of the customer
and will not be reimbursed.
